I'm 48, periods always regular until the last few months then lasting longer, the last one for 2 weeks. Not had one now for 6 weeks. Can cope with all that, but the last month hot flushes have properly kicked in. Thought it was the heat initially but the night sweats and now daytime flashes are p'ing me off. Not sleeping properly cos hot then cold. Time to see the Dr, HRT please .,,,,
