Either that or someone set fire to my head and neck and then once my face was good and red, drenched me with a hose.
It hit like a freight train. I guess I am officially on the peri-meopause train.

Welcome to the club! Great time of year for them to start too! I'm out the other side but feel your pain. I hope you you don't get it too bad FlowersWine

We are in autumn where I am. I went from wearing a top, jersey and coat to a top in about 1 minute flat. If I weren't in the office, the top would go too but I don't want to scare the 20 year olds I work with. Would hiding the air con remote so they can't turn the heat on be an over reaction if the flush comes back Grin

Is there another side?

EmMcK · 10/05/2017 23:44

I also feel like I could breast feed any baby I passed by despite it being 5 years since I did that. My god, the breasts, the breasts. They have a life of their own

There is not always 'another side'. Lifelong symptoms of meno are for life: vaginal dryness, sometimes bladder and pelvic floor issues, joint pain, decrease in bone density, etc. Flushes and sweats can be short term ( up to 10 years) or for life.

Just to cheer you up :)
