Anyone who can help me with what choices to make at docs?

Hello, I am going back to the docs to talk HRT options, can anyone tell me if I am on the right track? My doctor is a trainee but is going to research my options and I know she is talking to someone experienced. I have read the NICE guideline and patient.co.uk info suggested, and have gatherered that

  1. HRT is indicated for prevention of osteoporosis (as I am under 45) even if symptom control not needed
  2. I need oestrogen only HRT (no womb, partial hysterectomy 5 years ago)
  3. Transdermal options safer for me (BMI over 30)
I am having evening sickness, joint aches (were quite bad for a bit), fatigue, hot flushes (only mild) and some emotional symptoms which are better with St Johns Wort already. I am happy to hear my options from the doc and choose, but wanted to know if I am thinking along the right lines if anyone has been in my position or knows about these things? TIA

Yes to all of them.
If you can lose weight your meno symptoms should decrease too.
