Dosage Estriol 0.01 cream

Not long had this off doctor following lots of instances of UTIs / burning sensation that I wasn't connecting with vag dryness as no problems with sex. Was told 2 weeks application every night then 3 times a week reducing to twice a week. Every time I reduce it further than every other day burning comes back. Anyone else had same? What is maximum ongoing dose? Thanks for any advice!

You should keep using it every other day if that's what you need.
It can take several months to feel any real improvement. When I first used it, I didn't notice really long term improvement for about 6 months.
