Posted a while back but didn't get as much feedback as I expected.
My boobs hurt at certain times of the month and more my right than left.
It hurts a week before I'm due on and ovulation time. It isn't agony but achy and perhaps stingy.
A friend of mine works in a breast clinic and said it's hormones and normal for one to suffer more than the other but I wondered if anyone else suffered with this?

It IS hormones.

Evening primrose oil
A good bra
These help massively.

Also - some breast pain is linked with caffeine intake, so watch that as well - caffeine is in tea, coffee, chocolate and fizzy juice

Another who recommends primrose oil. I would suggest you use the super strength ones always on 3 for 2 at boots . Takes a month to kick in but is amazing

hmm web md says that primrose oil is possibly ineffective for breast pain and pmt...

I take starflower oil for breast pain-way more effective than EPO as I think it has higher levels of the ingredient that helps (GLA?). I take a 1000mcg supplement daily and when they are particularly painful, take two a day

My pain went off while I was on my period. Now I've finished it's back. Boob feels heavy and uncomfortable
