Mirena coil and PmT symptoms

Hi, I'm about 4 weeks into the coil being fitted. Felt good until last few days when stomach feels distinctly like it used to with pMT.

Is it possible to get PMT symptoms with mirena? Will I bleed monthly? I had no periods for about 10 months prior.

I have had a could for twork years. I stopped bleeding after 6.month's bit I do still get pmt.
