I'm getting too heavy for tampax super plus tampons, they last up to an hour max! Any recommendations for other brands or alternatives?

Lill-ets make a "Super Plus Extra" which was an essential for me until I had a Mirena coil fitted 5 years ago. There's also an Lil-lets Ultra now, I see.

Have you seen your GP?
Bleeding that heavy isn't right, I only ask because I was putting up with that every month.
Turned out I had a polyp, once that was removed periods were normal again.

I've had enough now, so going to see GP to discuss, thank you

After one particular bleed I ended up in hospital.
I was supposed to have an ' ablation' , but they found the polyp and removed that.
It really is worth seeing a doctor, hopefully they will refer you to a gynae.

Good luck.

Mooncups as in the brand Mooncup are better than tampons but dont hold the volume of other cups. Luv Ur Body Larges or Me Luna XLs are much better !
