Hello badders. Nice to meet you. Do you mind if I ask for how long and how old are you. I'm 52 and haven't had a period for 12 months. I seem to get very bloated at the end of the day and then in the morning it's not so bad but for the past three days I've had constant loose Bowles...no blood or anything like that but I wondered if it might be connected to the menopause x

I'm 44 and have been in peri meno since I was 40
I'm now on hrt as I was having some rather worrying symptoms (heart related)
I'm due on any day and my gut is feeling very fragile!

Hmmm
Could be connected, yes
However, I'm going to be very boring and state NHS guidelines that any change in bowel movement over 50 needs investigating!
Sorry! Smile

Yea I've read that myself but thought it's only been a few days so would leave it a while as there are no other symptoms of stomach cramping weight loss etc. I thought I read somewhere that it's quite common to develop IBS in the menopause. Wow you started peimenopause quite young. How awful...heart condition ! Xx
