in new obviously not sure how to change my username or indeed how to set a password,

my main reason for joining is ta da menopause

now i had a marina coil fitted when i was 47 due to heavy periods I had a blood test done and this confirmed i was well on my way through the menopause, i had the coil replaced 4 years ago with another, so far so good, last year i had terrible night sweats, and this year its hot flushes, im now 56 by the way, i had evoral patches which ive never really used for more that a couple of months, should i try adding these?

In a word 'Yes!'

But the Mirena is only licensed for part of HRT for 4 years so you would need it replacing to use with an oestrogen patch.
Evorel comes in loads of doses- if you didn't find any difference you might need a higher dose.
