Is this the beginning ?

I'm 46 and not had a period for 7 weeks.
My last period was lighter than usual

I'm am definitely not pregnant

No other symptoms

Could this be the start of peri menopause?

Could be! Welcome. Any flushes etc are well worth it to no longer have periods 😁
