just got given them by gp as have bad hot flashes.

please can i ask:

i go swimming a lot, is that ok with these patches

what are the pros cons of patches over pills

anyone have a reaction to them

any good experiences?

They work for me - only have to change 2x a week and can exercise and shower with them. Have never come off and I cycle and run. No reaction at all - I have been on evorel 25. Shame to have periods again - heavy - when I hadn't had one for 10 months. I'm 47 by the way.
