Hi has anyone gone to have the Mirena Coil removed and not been able to find it ? Ive had mine in just over a year and have never been happy and wanted it removed almost from the day I had it done. I found it very painful whilst it was being put it and then ongoing I have had a lot of bleeding and headaches and mood swings and pain in my lower back. I went to get it removed several weeks ago for all the above reasons and the doctor tried to talk me out of it and then said she couldn't find it and I therefore needed a scan. I am going for a scan soon.
