Hi has anyone developed reactions to food?

I am peri menopausal and have developed severe itching on my hands and feet. I am getting urticaria (red blotches) all over me.

Any similar symptoms?

I don't feel itchy exactly but I feel uncomfortable all over. It's like my clothes are make of canvas. I think it's a common symptom.

I don't think I react to food.

Yes, itchy here too. I've got Dermol cream/lotion and shower gel which seems to help but the itchiness comes back if I forget to use the cream regularly.

Would second Dermol 500. Its my new best friend.

I itch so much my boobs are almost scratched through to bleeding. baby oil and E45 itch cream helps a little but its hell - never heard of dermol 500 but think I need to search for it

I seem to itch all over as soon as I'm trying to get to sleep. Not sure any cream would help.
