I have put on 14lbs (lots of kilos) during the last 3 years, due to menopause hormones. I've finally managed to find an eating plan to suit hormone changes, and have lost 8lbs so far!
This is after three years of trying low fat, low carbs, fasting 5:2.............
It cost me £200 for the plan ($300) but SO worth it. I finally feel like myself again
