Hi - just wondering if anyone has experiences to share on having ME and having to deal with the joys of menopause on top of everything else. I have much less energy than before the onset of perimenopause and my sleep worsened considerably. Because of the ME I am quite sensitive to medications and am anxious about HRT. Has any one found alternative therapies to take at the same time or instead helpful?
many thanks,
T.
