i am 30 years old and for the last 2 years have been having many symptons and had test after test from every possible department at hospital to be told finally today, its that im in perimenopause.

i havent really had alot explained to me so my questions are:

if i wanted to have more children (have 2 already) is there any chance of that now??

if it is possible to still get pregnant are there more complications if your in perimenopause??

is there anything that i can take or do to ease the symptons?
hot flushes and bloating are the worst ones for out of all of them

any advice would be much appreciated as tbh i wasnt expecting to go through this already so hadnt been prepared.

thank you all for taking the time to read my post.

That must be horrible for you and so much of a shock.

Have a look at www.daisynetwork.org.uk which is a site run by doctors. You have to pay to join to read the newsletters and see the forum but there is a lot of info on the site.
