Hi could someone describe spotting relating to peri menopause please?
Since my son and two years with no periods due to bf periods have slowly got back to normal, but after 3-4 days normal bleeding, stop for 2 -3 days, then 2-3 days of brown blood - not much and only really when I have a wee. Is this just old blood? Or spotting? My periods are back to regular 25 days. I had a section if relevant.
I'm 38 
I ask as I also seem to get lots of aches and pains before period too. No actual period pain, never have. But I've been dx with hypermobility syndrome and I sometimes wonder if there's mild arthritis too.
