Im 44 years old. Regular periods. Some months very heavy, some months light. But, Im getting what i would call hot flushes. I could be just sitting watching TV or on the computer, and BAM! i get punched in the face with heat and sweats. It last for 2-3 mins, it doesnt go anywhere else. Could this be the start or menopause? Many thanks
