Estradiol ring

is anyone using one?
I put one in yesterday, bloody hell it took some getting in
I cannot imagine how I will get it out in 3 months

I was thinking of trying this as I am having to use Vagifem more frequently than the suggested twice a week.
What were the problems, I have never seen one? Bit worried now as I never found using tampons that easy!

I've struggled with tampons too but the ring is in place and I can't feel it
I just was thinking about how to get it out in 3 months
I guess the practice nurse will help if i /it is stuck
