Irregular spotting

Just wondering whether I should bother with GP. Just turned 50, last period was beginning of March. It's usually every 3 weeks. Have a mirena fitted. Have had on & off spotting the last couple of weeks. Anyone know if this is normal?

Should I bother with GP? Thanks.

I would go if it's unusual even if it's related to the menopause

I had similar but had a bad feeling about it. Went and got a smear and it's come back abnormal plus HPV so I'm off for a colposcopy
