Just wondering if anyone has experienced similar during perimenopause. I think I am in earlyish stages, periods are all over the place - currently 50 days since last one. Over recent weeks my skin has started to be weird, from having normal skin with occasional breakout, I suddenly have thread veins I think they are called in my cheeks? And the skin om my cheeks particularly is very bumpy and irritated...and getting chin spots too. Oo I look lovely, you can imagine ;-) is this menopause related? Has anyone got any good tips for stuff to soothe my skin? Anything purfumey feels irritating. TIA

Sounds familiarHmmGrin

I've been using E45 emoliant wash with a war flannel and moisturising with Allergenics cream, it's worked wonders.
