Shrinking labia?

ANyone know if this is a symptom of the dreaded menopause? I am of a certain age, and have been having other symptoms....but recently my inner labia seem to be shrivelling away, and its now a little uncomfortable. ANyone heard of this before?

This may be atrophy due to decreasing oestrogen. Would say it would be worth popping to gp and asking for some bloods to be taken to check your hormone levels. Atrophy can result from other conditions such lichen planus but this would usually be very itchy (not an sti). You might find your bloods show you are now post menopausal.

Off to the doctors to discuss vaginal oestrogen. It can and does get worse.
