Weird one...spots on labia

Yes weird but I've been getting occasional pimples on my labia. They are sore for a couple of days then pop.
Could this be a hormone thing?
Or just me!

It doesn't sound hormonal although vaginal atrophy can cause tiny red pimples and soreness due to lack of oestrogen.

Sorry to mention the obvious but have you been checked for STDs- like herpes?

No stds.
