Is this peri?

Can anyone help with my symptoms, been feeling the following on and off
Palps
Light headed
Joints aching
Health anxiety
Tiredness
And now recently trapped burp feeling when I swallow, acid reflux.

Is this peri?

If you are not having a change in your cycles- which is usually the first sign- then all of those things you describe could be for other reasons .
How fit are you generally? Exercise? weight? Stress levels?
How old are you?

I had palpitations and light-headedness and tiredness.

Vitamin B12 sublingually and magnesium helped. So did lots of exercise.

I'm 45, healthy, my mum went through change early. Im pretty sure it is peri. Periods a lot lighter.
