Early Menopause?

I recently got told that a blood test showed that i have elevated levels of FSH and LH. I am 31. I am so scared that this is early menopause and i am feeling really depressed about it all. Is this likely to be the case? Anyone else in same boat?

Hi, I was diagnosed with premature menopause (im 31). But Dr would not diagnose after one test she said that I needed 3 more tests over a year Because I was so young and hormones can fluctuate. What was your drs advice?

Hi chuffing.... They are going to take another test in 2 months. I've done some reading on Dr Google and I'm getting the impression that even if one high reading it doesn't look good.
Sorry to hear about your 'diagnosis' I'm struggling to get my head round the possibility. Seems unfair!
