Can anyone recommend a book to help DH through my perimenopause? I don't think he gets it (lovely though he is)!

I've recommended this one before and it's been found helpful....
www.amazon.co.uk/How-Survive-Her-Menopause-practical-ebook/dp/B00IIXHI7Y/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1427573121&sr=1-4&keywords=menopause+for+men

Good luck!

Thanks . Have ordered it.
Strangely the children who are teenagers seem to understand. My youngest son tonight when I felt all weepy said "oh I get times like this where I want to cry. It's best to have an early night & you'll feel better tomorrow" , and gave me a huge hug.
DH on the other hand is working in the garden in the failing light...
