Not all women have hot flushes anyway.
When they start is different for all women- some start having them before periods stop but are irregular, some have them only once periods have stopped for good.
How they feel is different for everyone too.
You might get a feeling of heat like blushing starting at your neck and going up to your face or you might feel hot, red, and sweaty all over. It lasts for anything from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
