Hi all

Could someone help me with how to take this HRT please? I'm confused!

I have 3 blister packs containing white & green tablets. I have started taking the white ones but when do I start the green?

Hi channy, you just take the green pills when the white ones are finished, no gaps, just continue until the pack is finished. When the pack is finished start taking the white tablets from the new pack, same routine.

I've just started Elle 1mg and I am really really anxious about what I have been reading. The ladies who have encountered the huge weight gain in such a short space of time. Does this apply to every Elle 1mg user? Oh dear need advice or an answer.

The research shows that weight gain is not linked to HRT.
Most women take HRT at a time when our metabolisms change and we need much less food and more exercise to avoid middle aged spread, so try not to worry and just make sure you have a healthy diet with few carbs and sugar etc and make sure you keep healthy by doing daily exercise.
