So fed up. My skin changed seemingly overnight 2 months ago. Always get a couple of spots premenstrual but have had endless spots since last period, much greasier skin and other perimenopausal symptoms. A couple of months ago I could just splash water on my face, moisturise and job done, now I feel so greasy, use hypoallergenic soap, no moisturiser. Starting to lose my confidence and feel like a teenager again :(

Ah spots and thick grease Sad. Thought I had put that behind me the last few years. Then I came off the pill and wham!! Full blown puberty.

I am using simple face wash (I live in a hard water area where soap turns to scum) and less moisturiser. I had been using the Boots no7 protect and perfect and putting loads on, but just use the day cream now. I have some Berts Bees scrub which I use occasionally (no scrubbing). It is my back which is the worst - it had got so much drier that it felt nice, with not a hint of a blackhead.

Maybe it will mean fewer wrinkles [desperately hopeful emoticon]
