Mouth ulcers?

I'm 41. I have had mood swings, hot flushes, night sweats and irregular periods for a couple of years now. I've started getting mega tired at times and now I've got mouth ulcers. The last time I had those I was a teenager!! Is this normal?

I get them too. Around my period and during. It's another perimenopausal symptom. It's caused by fluctuation hormones!

Thanks Fidelma. I thought maybe it was but as I hadn't had any in so long I was unsure. God it's great isn't it? Feel like I'm having a second puberty Grin
