combined HRT is supposed to be bleed free- if you mean you take combined oestrogen and a progestin daily, rather than a cyclical HRT which is progestogen added for 12-14 days each month.

hi I am on micronized progesterone - not working on my monthly bleed may have to change it to something else,

It's ok we heard you the first time:)

Sorry- I don't understand. It doesn't matter what type you are on- if you take it every day then it should stop you bleeding.

What exactly do you take and when? Are you taking oestrogen too?

Pinkfrocks · 01/08/2014 08:06

If you are taking utrogestan for 12 days a month that is not a continuous regime. That is sequential. Continuous it taking the progesterone every day or for at least 25 days out of 28. You ought to be taking a dose of 200mgs if you take it for 12 days a month. But it's not unusual for your bleeds to stop or be very light.

Thank you. I was a little worried as my body doesn't feel mine anymore,
