Are there any really good websites or books?

I turned 50 recently and it seems really sudden, almost psychosomatic. Sudden irregularity in cycle, anxiety (never usually suffer that) insomnia (or that) along with exhaustion and low moods which I've had for about 5 years anyway (peri-menopause? Did wonder about the exhaustion)

I feel like I know nothing about what to expect or how to manage changes and want a reliable, intelligent source that's a bit more detailed than a Boots buy-these-supplements advertorial.

Here's a good website:

www.menopausematters.co.uk/
