Sore breasts

My nipples are rubbing against my pj top and the soreness is unbelievable. I reckon am in very early stages of menopause. Can go 2 or 3 months without a period but then before I get one I feel like my breasts are going to explode. Any remedies ? Thanks

I get this, but not to the extent you describe.

I haven't found anything that helps, but as mine only go weird for a day or two, I just put up with it.

(Hopes someone with good ideas spots this and comments).
