Mirena as contraception made me exhausted - best progesterone for HRT?

Just that really. Finally going for HRT, docs appointment tomorrow. Would like advice on best guess to start with from those in the know.

Have a look here for info. There is info on preparations further down the menu on the left.

There is a progesterone called Utrogeston which seems to be the best if you have problems, but some of the others may be in an easier form to take.

There is plenty info on different progestogens, and the different routes of taking it.

Thanks summertime. I have read lots on that excellent site and posted on the forum. I feel thoroughly informed and will be asking for utrogeston as you too have suggested an estrogen as estradiol/Elleste.
