What is going on and what can I do as I can't carry on like this?

I have PMT and it has been mostly under control with Agnus Castus, however for the last few cycles things have changed and it is causing problems. I actually have the day where I feel I dislike everyone while I am on my period, instead of a day the week before. I feel really low as I am bleeding and I am on for longer and they feel heavier in the beginning. Yesterday was horrible. DH was annoyed with me and that upset me and I couldn't snap out of it. I knew I was being horrible but we were all out with extended family and I ended up sitting my car on my own for over an hour away from everyone.

This morning I have woken early and couldn't get back to sleep. I have come downstairs and DS2 is already up so I will get no time on my own just to potter about and the house is a complete mess including the kitchen. I feel like I just want out. I want some space. Was supposed to be meeting up with my oldest friend today but I have cancelled as the kids have been vile and I just couldn't face a 6 hour drive there and back with them sniping at each other.

I feel trapped, like I did when I had depression, and I need my hormones under control as I can't see my family liking me for much longer if it carries on Sad.

I will try and see the nurse. There are a few there and most are lovely.
Thanks everyone. I have been feeling tired this aft but then I have been awake since 5.45 and had muffins baking in the oven by 6.35 Hmm.

The nurse can take blood and have your iron levels checked. If they come back rally low, you will be able to see your GP.

Do check for anaemia. It turned out I was growing a huge benign growth which had eaten all my iron. Now post treatment and not anaemic, and the difference is amazing. The menopause side of things is nothing, compared with mt being anaemic any more.

nxt week i'll post the questionnaire for deficiencies.
each has its symptoms.

for tiredness i took iron gluconate + folic acid + vitC the whole in liquid form as you get more out of it that way.It made my mood more even too.And to make sure, i eat liver and steak at least once a week, rare.
And a pound of fish/wk.

and try to nap a lot.

swimming, stretching whichever way you feel like, and dancing or singing.

it's horrible to have to go through this, but i think it's useful to insist at the gp.you want to know where you stand, and try to get her to do the testosterone one too because it has an impact on energy and now they give women testosterone supplementation.

you tell her your libido is nil and it makes trouble with your dh as it is the reason for prescription.

has the agnus castus helped you?
what's the difference with the tablets?
