I feel like I have pms for a lot of the month. My boobs are sore at the moment again yet my period isn't due. My eyes often feel dry. I have itchy skin at night. I get very tired and have a sluggish feeling. My muscles ache as if I've been doing exercise.

Is this just old age creeping up or could it be hormonal?

I work full time and manage to have the energy to do my job which can sometimes be very physical. Even so I know I don't feel right.

Any advice appreciated.

I've started some menopause vitamins today with B6 in see if that helps?

Sounds very normal to me. I have all of the above and more. FHS results come back normal but I am going through it. Even my Dr admits that I am perimenopausal. Good clean living seems to help a bit. Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks I've been dancing tonight and that helped. I did feel a bit clammy though. It'll probably be a waste of time going to the GP then?

I'm 49 and my periods were normal up until last year when they abruptly stopped and I haven't had one since. I had really sore boobs, dry skin, stronger smelling discharge and more BO Blush etc for about a year before they stopped and now I have hot flushes and aching joints too but none of the period issues that other people have. I'm quite pleased with how it's going so far, if I could lose some weight I'd be delighted.

How funny that they just stopped?

I feel 'drier' somehow. My eyes are drier and the itchiness makes me feel drier. I'm still ok down south Wink thank God!

Men don't know they're born do they?
