10 days? You have to give all HRT 3 months.

3 months? jesus another 3 months of feeling like this

Might not take 3 months but you do need to give it time to get into your system.

Try increasing the dose for a week and see if that works.

My first dose of HRT didn't have much effect but I really felt it almost immediately once the doctor upped it. Also, I think the effects are cumulative and just keep building up and up. Four months on I feel like my old self again :)

How many pumps are you having OP?

I started on 2 a day and felt worse after 2 weeks (although I was on a different HRT before that so I think 2 pumps actually equaled a lower dose than I was previously used to iyswim)

I pretty rapidly went up to 4 pumps and that improved things.
