Hi I'm 44 and been suffering from peri menopausal symptoms for a couple of years now. Periods very rare and hot flushes/sweats more and more frequent during the day and night. Just taken my first tablet this evening and trying not to worry about possible side effects. Main worry is feeling sick. I hate feeling sick! Would rather be sick than feel sick! My main fear when I had my daughter 16 years ago was feeling sick. I wasn't worried about the actual giving birth! The messages I've read on this sight are very encouraging. I'm having some blood tests done next week and will let you know how I'm getting on.
