Hi all this is my first visit so hopefully I do this right!

I have been having problems with real anxiety for almost a year. I can go for short trips to shops but not without feeling dizzy and panicky. I can't go out socially at all and my poor husband feels like . He doesn't't have a wife anymore. All that story is to ask does anyone know if hrt patches help anxiety.

There are other reasons for anxiety apart from menopause.
I think you should talk to your GP, discuss all options including counselling and CBT. I don't think anyone would suggest HRT for simply those symptoms alone.

You could ask your doctor about anti-anxiety medication. Iv'e taken anti-depressants in the past and they do work.
