hot flush or panic attack

Hi a question.... I was on my allotment quite happy weeding away and I decided I needed to get home. Well as I started to drive I suddenly felt sick and the dreaded dread feeling and 10 mins later my hair and back was soaked. A few mins later and it had all gone.. was is panic or flush. any thoughts would be good.

Never had that but from what I've read, hot flushes can be accompanied by anxiety so sounds more like that than a panic attack.

They both feel the same to me tbh. Both horrible
