I have been taking these tabs for 2 years nearly, at 1st i went on 1mg which helped with the hot flashes and sleep problems but after a few months realised i needed to up the dossage as the hot flashes had started to come back, i was not sleeping again feeling really down again. I now feel back to square one! ( No sleep problems or hot flashes)Its just a day or 2 after starting the white tablet i feel really down, aggitated fed up...

Help please! I have just had a full hysterectomy (uterus, , ovaries, tubes, cervix), by keyhole. After suffering with endometriosis for years, bad periods etc , a hysterectomy was at this point my best way forward. I am happy about the surgery no concerns, but I have been given hrt (Elleste duet 2mg) everyone I know on hrt seems to be on patches. Obviously I will go into surgical menopause. I am 48 years old. I have looked on the Internet for more information, but all I keep seeing is the side effects, nausea weight change etc. Can anyone shed a little light. Think im a little nervous about taking it. Xx
