Hi ladies.

Long story short - I'm breastfeeding and have been told my estrogen levels are low (53).

Is that low? I figure you ladies might know.

So - I've been having chronic anxiety/panic attacks, mood swings, bouts of depression, dizziness, lightheadedness, confusion, odd feelings - ie just feeling off and not 'with it'.

The GP had said my level is low but it's to be expected with bfing. Well I've done a bit if research and women under 100 will feel menopausal symptoms. It would explain a lot but GP won't admit it - and neither will anyone else. Everyone is just blaming anxiety. I KNOW it's something to do with my hormones.

Help!!!!!!
