Some days I'm in so much discomfort, it's really becoming a nuisance.
I'm active, swim, walk & ride once a week, gardening & generally on the go the whole time so I'm quite fit. If I'm static for any period of time, it could be 5 mins could be an hour - the outcome is the same, my feet stiffen up, my back stiffens & I feel soooo crickety rickety
& I shuffle about until I loosen up.
Is this a normal sympton of peri/ menopause ? I'm not on HRT but do take Phyto Soya supplement which is aimed at the Menopause.
