50 deffo not preg but period/labour pains

Does anyne else get these excruciating contractions on about day four or five of still regular and manageable periods at age 50. Choc n nurofen doesn't work any more and I know time dulls the memory but this is like an hour of labour and its not OK to lie down and pant is it?

In a word, no, never have.

It's odd it's going on at the end of your bleeding rather than the start.

I think you should see your dr to rule out anything like a fibroid which may be troubling you.
