Is this hot flushes?

I've been having them, I think, for about a week. I always imagined a flush would last for minutes, say about 10-15, but I'm experiencing a sort of sudden racing heat for just moments really. It's not unpleasant tbh, and I have a ridiculous amount of energy.

How often do they happen Triumph? I had about 3 or 4 within an hour of waking this morning and I haven't noticed anything since until just now. My ears went hot, it's very odd. Like having a furnce in the upper part of my body.

D'you reckon it's hot flushes? I think it must be, I'm 48.

It probably is. I don't think mine particularly lasted a long time, but they used to wake me up and I'd struggle to get back to sleep.

Someone recommended Menoforce sage tablets which have restored sleep and sanity. Highly recommend.

Wow. I can't believe it's actually happening. I've thought about it so much and pushed it to the back of my mind and of course, here it is!

I feel ok though, for the time being.

Thanks for the replies :)
