HRT Cost

So, I need to go on HRT. What is the cost? Am in UK and pay for prescriptions. Are some tablets cheaper than others? Is it a 30 day packet of pills for the price of a single prescription?

I take Elleste Duet and have to pay double as the pack contains 2 types of tablets, even though I only take 1 per day Angry Costs £15+ for 3 month supply.
