temp of 38.1 is it a hot flush?

Happens just after day 14 for the last few months. 47.5 still regular but pmt has gone astronomical and have had night sweats just before period for about a year.

LOL- how did you manage to take your temp in the middle of a hot flush! Most flushes only last a minute or so.

Body temp rises anyway in the 2nd half of your cycle- so not a very good indicator. Maybe you are peri meno- you are the right age.
