Really painful...

I seem to be approaching the menop because my periods are all over the place, and I have a lot of other symptoms. But for the first time, they are really painful, as opposed to occasionally a bit painful. Anyone else had this? TIA

Yes with pain that radiates down my left leg, also large clots and flooding. Went to GP and was referred to gynae consultant, had a polyp removed and now take Transexamic Acid, things much improved.

I wondered about the tablets axure...have got v heavy periods also. Just hoped that 'the end was nigh' as it were, and I wouldn't need them...
