Hot Flushes

What do they feel like? I keep getting a feeling as if I have sunburn, it covers the area exposed by a v-neck t-shirt up to my cheeks, looks blotchy feel warm to touch but burning from the inside, are these hot flushes. I am 43 btw.

Well mine used to last for about 30 seconds to a minute and came every hour.

They started in my neck and rose upwards. I looked as if i was having a major blush and my top lip etc would get sweaty.

At night I'd sometimes wake up with sweat running down my chest.

That still happens now and then but am o n HRT and the flushes have gone.
