The title pretty much sums me up at the moment. I swore at someone for brushing past me in the supermarket and let out the foulest torrent of abuse to my dh yesterday.
I cry at anything, steel band playing in town last week, I stood watching and crying.
Boobs are on fire 2 weeks out of four and my period has come early 2 months in a row.
Is this the start of the menopause or am I psychotic?

Don't suffer alone

I take 3 x 1000mcg evening primrose a day for similar reasons. It takes 3 months to kick in. It works really really well for me. Good luck.
